Virginia Barden — Owner + Broker
In addition to her many years in single and multifamily real estate, Virginia holds a Bachelor of Sociology Degree and a Certificate of Organic Master Gardening from Portland State University. She is a member of the Portland Metro Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
When Virginia is not tenaciously advocating for her clients, she is in the kitchen working on recipes that begin with, “Day 1…”, drinking great coffee and tending her garden with her young family and her labradoodle, Polly.
Yvonne King — Community Joy Manager
Yvonne is a proud Portlander, an avid reader and a mother of three awesome kids. She loves making people feel special, treats gift giving like a professional sport and really thrives after a vanilla matcha latte on a cold Portland day. She has worked in a variety of jobs including visual merchandising, buying and interior design, but what it all comes down to is she likes making things pretty and people feel good.
As Community Joy Manager of In Good Company, Yvonne gets to do what she loves best - spoiling our amazing clients! She puts together closing gifts, housiversary presents, community events and fun seasonal surprises. She is here to create community amongst our clients and make everyone feel like they are in good company with us.
Amber Blum — Transaction Coordinator
Amber has been Coordinating Real Estate Transactions for 12 years and working in the real estate field for 15. Transaction Coordination keeps her on her toes because every transaction has different requirements and real estate is constantly changing so there's always something new and interesting to work on.
Amber loves being able to play a part in one of the biggest events in some peoples lives and watching the excitement of dreams coming true. Being IGC’s right hand woman is truly fulfilling!
