April 2024 Market Action Report

There were more folks buying and selling homes in April than at any other point in 2024.

Along with more new listings, more houses going pending, more closed sales came, higher prices and fewer days on market.

More buyers and sellers did business in April. The total number of homes when compared to the active buyers out there stayed just about the same as last month.

$591,200 AVERAGE HOME PRICE

Homes are about 2.1% more valuable than they were 1 year ago.

83 DAYS ON MARKET

Only the super duper dialed and in great location houses went pending in their first weekend—those places received a few good offers. Total market time decreased by 8 days on average in April.
